Fund a card

The Main account and each card's wallet have a contract address starting with C. In the app, Receive shows it as a QR code, with Copy and Share. Incoming funds appear in the balance and in Activity when the app refreshes.

USDC needs no trustline on a C address: the asset contract keeps the balance.

The "Fund your card" page sends testnet XLM to a card from a Stellar wallet. Paste the card's address or scan its QR code from the app, connect your wallet, enter an amount. The page checks that the address is a ChimpDAO Main account or card wallet, then your wallet signs a transfer on the XLM asset contract. The card signs nothing, and the page never holds the funds or sees your keys. The network fee is paid by your wallet.

USDC is not offered on the page yet.

Sending to a C address goes through the asset contract (a Soroban call). A classic Stellar payment only reaches G or M addresses, so a wallet or exchange used outside this page may not be able to send to a card.

A card's address takes no memo. When you send from the app to an exchange that requires a numeric memo, the memo is folded into an M address. Text memos can't be sent.
