Who is responsible
Consulting Manao GmbH (FN 571029z) operates ChimpDAO and is the data controller under the GDPR and Austrian data protection law.
What the app stores
The app stores your first name, card names and colours only on your phone. It holds no private key and no fee key: the key stays in the card's chip.
What the card and the blockchain reveal
The app reads the card's public key over NFC to recognise it. Account addresses and transactions are public on the Stellar blockchain. They are permanent and cannot be deleted or changed.
Fee-sponsoring service
Transactions pass through ChimpDAO's fee-sponsoring service, which adds the fee signature. It cannot authorise a payment.
Analytics and sharing
No analytics, no tracking. ChimpDAO does not sell, rent or trade personal data.
This website
The website is static. Its hosting provider may keep server logs (IP addresses and access times) for operation and security. The Fund page contacts Stellar testnet, and the wallet you choose, when you use it.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to its processing, by writing to legal@consulting-manao.com. Data recorded on the blockchain cannot be deleted or changed.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 16.
Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), www.dsb.gv.at.
